Tarangire National Park is renowned for its stunning landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees and the Tarangire River, which attracts a massive concentration of wildlife during the dry season. Spanning over 2,850 square kilometers, it's home to one of Africa's largest elephant populations.
The park offers incredible game viewing, with herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeest, and giraffes. Birdwatchers will delight in over 550 species, including the rare yellow-collared lovebird. The dry season (June to September) is ideal for witnessing the river's wildlife spectacle.
